I really love working with this crew.
They're attention to detail, professionalism, and flexibility makes them a joy to work with.
I had old stairs and and old paint with many, many layers of new paint slapped on top.
The MTejada team knew what to do and got us to a clean slate and painted and built up from the actual material. My stairs and railings feel and look like new.
If you have a job you want done well, this is the team for you.

This company consistently comes in more competitive than others. I’ve worked with them multiple times now. They show up on time, work really really hard, and the results are fantastic. I’m grateful to have found a company like this… good work and affordable.

I was looking specifically for high quality caulking and sealant for the areas around my siding, and they had exactly what I needed. Their expert advice on the tuckpointing work I plan to do next was incredibly helpful. Great product and outstanding customer service! A truly positive experience.

MTejada did a wonderful job repairing a wind damaged section of siding on the side of my garage February 18.They returned March 22nd and replaced various sections of rotted wood trim with PVC and wrapped other sections with aluminum coil trim. It was done in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price.I recommend them highly.

MTejada Construction was super responsive and accommodated a change in scope within 24 hours. What we had assumed to be a small pothole in our driveway turned out to be gravel over a drain, and the specialists were able to clean thing up nicely so that the drain worked properly. Would recommend for any patch and repair work!

MTejada did a wonderful job doing some pretty extensive repairs to the siding of our condo building. They were responsive, communicative during the entire process, and the quality of their work really exceeded the very reasonable price we paid. Thank you!!!

MTejadas recently replaced my vinyl siding with hardie siding. Manuel and team did an excellent job. The hardie siding looks great abd the caulked every single possible water entry point with caulk the either matched the siding or siding trim when appropriate. They made ever effort to ensure the quality of the work performed and to protect my home against future leaks.
