We stand behind our work. Most of our services include a warranty, and the specific terms for your project are written in your contract.
1. Request: send photos or book a free inspection.
2. Estimate: you receive a written estimate with the scope, price and timeline.
3. Contract: once you approve, we send a contract and schedule your start date.
4. Work: our crew completes the project.
5. Walkthrough: we review the finished work with you in person or send you photos.
Yes, every project. The contract describes exactly what is included. Anything not listed in your estimate and contract is not included, so tell us everything you want done before you sign and we will make sure it is in writing.
It depends on the size of the project and the weather. Your written estimate includes the expected timeline, and we confirm your start date when you sign the contract.
Not always. For most exterior projects we can work while you are away. When the job is done, we send you photos and schedule a walkthrough if you want one.
Your estimate shows the payment schedule: a deposit when you sign the contract and the remaining balance when the work is complete.
